Your drivetrain receives a thorough hand clean and degrease, with the chain and cassette cleaned on the bike before being lubricated. We adjust your gears and brakes, check and tension the wheels where required, lubricate all necessary moving parts, and carry out a comprehensive safety inspection and torque check to ensure your bike is ready for many more kilometres.
Like every service we offer, we inspect the entire bike—not just the items on the checklist. If we find something that needs attention, such as a bottom bracket, headset or hub, we'll let you know and provide honest advice on what should be repaired or replaced. Our tick menu is simply a guide; every bike is serviced according to what it needs. Our goal is to keep you safe and riding for years to come.

If you ride regularly, this is the service we recommend every 12 months. Whether you're commuting, riding road, hitting the trails or simply enjoying weekend rides, The Service is designed to keep your bike performing at its best while helping to prevent costly repairs down the track.
Building on everything included in The Tune, this service takes things a step further. The entire drivetrain is removed for a thorough clean, including an ultrasonic chain clean and cassette clean, allowing us to restore smooth shifting and reduce drivetrain wear. We also carry out a detailed inspection and/or service of the bottom bracket, headset and hubs, ensuring the parts you don't always see are working as they should.

We adjust, service and replace parts as required across all your bikes, making it the most cost-effective way to keep the whole family riding safely. All bikes get a safety inspection and torque check.
